Westside Pets provides trusted, professional in-home pet sitting services, exclusively for cats and kittens throughout San Luis Obispo and surrounding areas. Our focus is always on keeping your cat comfortable, calm, and well cared for in their own home, while giving you peace of mind when you’re away.

I’m Lisa Smith, and cats have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. For over 15 years, I’ve supported local families through Westside Pets, caring for cats through every stage of life. My approach is shaped by a lifetime of hands-on experience, several years as a veterinary technician, professional training with holistic veterinary nutrtionists, and certifications in holistic health, and feline nutrition. Additionally, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with many respected, community-based animal organizations, including Woods Humane Society and Cal Poly Cat Program.

With years of experience, specialized training, and a deep love for cats, I also offer Holistic Wellness Guidance rooted in science and focused on practical, whole-life support for your cat.

PERSONALIZED CAT SITTING
When you’re away, your biggest concern is knowing your cat is safe, comfortable, and cared for in the place they feel most secure—at home.
In -home Cat Sitting is designed to preserve your cat’s routine, environment, and sense of calm, so there’s no disruption or unnecessary stress while you’re gone.

Each visit is thoughtfully tailored to your cat’s personality, habits, and needs, ensuring they receive attentive, consistent care that feels familiar and reassuring.

Cat sitting visits start at $30 per visit, with rates based on location, visit length, and any medication /special care .
HOLISTIC WELLNESS CONSULTING
When your cat begins showing digestive issues, appetite shifts, low energy, or behavioral changes, it can be difficult to know what truly makes a meaningful difference.

Together, we’ll look at nutrition, routine, environment, stress, and daily habits to create a realistic, sustainable plan designed to keep your cat comfortable, content, and thriving.
